"Original request was to get a cap on a chimney that had a lot of rain coming down it. John came quickly and surveyed the Chimney. Took photos and showed us the damage to the chimney and stack. Removed the chimney and made it safe immediately. Agreed a reasonable price to complete repairs and returned quickly. Did a great job and again took photos to show us the results. Job was done really quickly with very little disruption. Good value, friendly, efficient and honest. Would highly recommend"

"Disgusted quote went from £750 to £2000 because his mate quoted £2500 he told us he was cheaper, all he did was take wood off put battens up and charged us extra £1250 but unfortunatley the window as to come out and the facia taken off so we will take pictures of the battens that cost us £1250 and we will send them to trading standards we are pensioners and feel we have been conned."
