"Brad is super friendly, reliable, and a hard worker, completely plastering our large and awkwardly shaped living room in good time and to an excellent standard - all during a heatwave! The walls and ceiling are perfect; no need to sand anything back and the smoothest finish. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Brad!"

Gave structural engineers drawings and our requirements to this builder in November. Quote was promised in December and we would be one of his first jobs in January. Absolutely nothing from him. Not even the decency to say he couldnt do the job.
