When I discovered a leak in my roof, I reached out to Check a Trade and was impressed by Hughie's immediate response. He quickly arranged a visit to assess the problem and explained the likely causes of the leak. Hughie demonstrated a thorough understanding of roofing issues and took the time to describe the retiling work that would be necessary to fix the problem. The team was hardworking and efficient, taking no long breaks and always arriving as scheduled. They were also polite and considerate throughout the job. Throughout the process, they kept me informed by taking clear photographs

I had a leak from the channels on my dormer window . Hughie explained the issue clearly and I decided to go for a long term solution with him . 2 other builders wanted to do a quick fix but I don’t believe saw the entire problem , also they were never contactable . Hughie was on time , polite and always contactable ( very important ) . Job was completed to high standard and the site left tidy afterwards

Very prompt response from Christopher and his team when I contacted Check a Trade about a leak into an upstairs bedroom ceiling that had also saturated an entire wall. Such a hardworking and efficient team! No long breaks or failure to turn up. Polite and considerate. Pictures taken and shown to me re the damaged roof and broken tiles. Written details of work to be carried out with estimate. All rubbish cleared away. Very relieved that the problem has been solved and the house is watertight once more.
