"Sam came in to finish our ground floor extension after the builder walked off the job. It was a very stressful time. Sam helped me to understand the work outstanding in relation to building regulations, without being pushy, which was very helpful. He kept me informed of progress, checked what I wanted and what my priorities were eg, he got the plasterers in early to do the skim on the part of the extension that would be the new kitchen so that it would be dry enough to paint before the floor and kitchen went in. He was professional, tidy and hard working. I would definitely recommend."
