Air source pump and solar panels, as part of green fund grant, fitted in Sept 2023. Wrong size heat source pump fitted, solar panels not signed up to earn from the grid. Put heat pump source cylinder in cupboard it was too big for, we’re coming back to fit door back on, still waiting. Pipe from old boiler left in place. Host of other problems, despite complaints still failing to answer emails and calls. The only good comments are on loft insulation, how hard can this be to get wrong.

Terrible company, we were lied to and ignored when ever we tried to sort out the installation. They surveyed the job began and stopped haf way through blaming their own surveyor and then tried to claim the job was completed before the panels were even on the roof. Absolute cowboys
