"I wouldn’t hesitate in using Barry again, he was amazing. I had lost my only car key and he replied to my request in a few minutes. He arrived promptly and spent over 2 hours trying to sort me out with a new key, but as my car is so old it wasn’t easy. He persevered - coming back later with another idea instead of giving up - and got me into my car with a new key. He wasn’t going to charge me unless he managed it but I’m so glad he did. Great experience - would definitely use him again."

Bit of a panic as was unable to lock my front door lock from the outside. Called BB Locksmiths and Barry was there within 20 min. Explained the problem and the cost. Repaired the lock quickly and think he's bit of a perfectionist as wasn't happy with the first replacement part as very security conscious. Also gave some helpful advice regarding security. Asked whether I was happy for him to dispose of the waste parts. Highly recommend BB Locksmiths.
