Unfortunately, despite being initially impressed with the work that was done, later on some of the skim in one room came away from the walls. Errol promised he would sort this out and repair it but, after a couple of months of me asking him, he started ignore my calls. I have subsequently had to pay another plasterer to fix it who told me that it should have been affixed using blue grit in the first place as PVA on paint is less reliable. Very disappointed.
