Beechwood MOT and Service Centre

Under-tray loose, and after a quick call, advised to bring car in. No appointment, but back on the road 15 mins later, all sorted. Friendly, helpful, easy to see why I keep going back there.

This garage is not a reputable garage they put my radiator on but did not attach the pipe correctly so it came off and my car overheated and seized, anyone can make a mistake but it his mistake has damaged the head. They have had my car since 27th august it is now 14th September they have not provided me with a replacement car not have the contacted me in any way to let me know what's going on, and refused to tell me what's going on and how long it will take when I phoned.

Unfortunately my van broke down just before it was due in the garage to have something fixed. I gave them a call and they added the recovery fault to the job list. There was a delay in the part being ordered due to no fault of theirs but Leon and the team were so helpful in advising me where to get part and then ensured it was sorted in time so that I could stick to work commitments. I was able to use a courtesy car whilst mine was with them which was a life saver as I could get to work and ferry the children around! Thanks to Amy too for everything from initial call to pick up.
