Dismantled the mechanism, researched replacement and showed me the item in the catalogue to confirm price. Ordered part immediately and drove to Croydon to collect. Whole repair carried out in less than 2 hours. Even readjusted the front door itself which was slightly out of alignment! Brilliant communication throughout and a thoroughly nice man.
