We used Ben as he was local and had excellent experience to complete our ground floor extension. We are really happy with the result and would highly recommend Ben and his team. The external structure went up quickly so we were quickly and he managed the build on very limited design information. The team were all really pleasant to work with and kept the areas clean and internals finished to a high quality. Kept us informed and delivered on budget. We would happily use again
After the first telephone contact waited in for the promised quote. No show. Contacted again and promised to call to quote. Again no show. I can't comment on the quality of his work as he hasn't done any. What a way to run a business.
