Matt has recently installed new ground floor suspended floor joists for us in our new house after we found that the old ones had started to rot. The work has been done to a very high standard and care was taken to ensure everything is level, sturdy and built to last. He shows up on time and gives plenty of notice of his timeline and the days he will be attending. We appreciate his help and patience whilst we navigate our first renovation and the fact that he is ok with us undertaking some parts of the project to help us stick to our budget.
