We wanted to increase our space and storage by converting an existing free-standing drawer unit into in-built storage with added cupboards on top. Joe did this brilliantly, making the whole thing look seamless and finding solutions for our own oversights (such as not factoring in the skirting board when measuring the gap). The whole thing now looks like one unit and is exactly what we wanted. Overall, Joe was professional, very reasonably priced, friendly, and most importantly, very good at his job. We couldn't be happier with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

From the start, Joe arrived late or not at all, despite agreeing a firm end date. Sub contractors were not booked in time leading to e.g. 8 days' wait for a plasterer, and electrician being unavailable to complete his work. At agreed end date, the room was unusable, damage had not been rectified and the work was unfinished. Joe did not respond to our calls demanding if or when it would be. We had to employ another electrician to deal with live wires left exposed. Because of this, I refused to pay the full 10% due on completion.

Joe fitted utility for us based on furniture ordered from Wren. He did good job so was the quality of his workmanship. Communication from start to finish was a breeze.
