"Our hot water and heating went off so I contacted Bespoke who had their Engineer, Matthew, come along that same day. He diagnosed the issue as a PCB and returned repaired. On conducting thorough safety checks, Matthew noticed an inordinate amount of CO2 in the chamber. After discussing with the office, it was agreed to replace the flue which was conducted after the diagnosis. Steve and Debbie in the office kept us fully informed, their quotes were very reasonable, and the works conducted by Matthew and Dan have been absolutely first-class. Would very highly recommend and thanks very much!"
