Quite a few floor panels came apart as they were incorrectly fitted. I tried to contact George multiple times but he didn't respond to my messages.
I spoke to George a few times to agree the price and start date.. However he never showed up on the agreed date! Not a single text message to explain why. He didn't even return my calls to understand what was going on. Complete radio silence.
Excellent workmanship, a good price, tidy work and good communication throughout, the herringbone laminate floor looks amazing.
