"Wes came out to do a general service for our boiler since we had moved into the property a couple of months before. Excellent communication through the booking process and in advance of the appointment. Wes was pleasant and courteous, was kind enough to do a check of our radiators and thermostats as we weren't familiar with the heating system. I thought his charge for the service was reasonable and fair. Highly recommend."
