Phil explained to me the reasons for the fault, what is likely to happen in the future and more importantly, fixed my boiler, for what actually needed doing, instead of trying to make us much cash off me as possible, like some other engineers (not Alfords). Phil is an asset to this company. As a consumer, I want to be able to trust the company that visit my home. I want to be able to trust the people that represent that company to fix what is actually needed, at a reasonable price. THANK YOU PHIL."
