The guys who were on site admittedly worked hard in what was pretty rubbish weather conditions, however, since they've finished had nothing but problems. The manager came out a day later and sent the lads back because of the state they'd left the garden. The decking within a week was having issues and popping out of place and bending, I have asked them since then to sort and they have come out a couple of times to 'tighten' bits, but now since July this year, I have heard nothing, with broken decking still in situ and various photos sent along the way to evidence the issues starting from day 1

The team worked efficiently and cheerfully in dismal conditions. They did a very good job and tidied up well.

The Biddenden Arboriculture team completed the project within the estimated time despite unfavourable environmental conditions. The end result was far superior to the original plan of work suggested by the purchaser, and this was through advice and direction being given by members of the Biddenden team that carried out the work.. A job well done, indeed
