Replacement of 13 windows and two external doors Couldn't recommend Black Country Windows more, quick to come round and provide a very competitive quote, gave realistic timescales and kept to them for manufacture and fitting of the windows and installed 11 windows and 2 doors within 3 days to a very high standard, would definitely use again!

Replace 9 windows and 1 patio door Ian provided an excellent service from start to finish with superb customer relations. He measured up and quoted within a few days, and his quote was very reasonable. While waiting for windows to be made, he kept us informed of progress. He installed the windows in 1.5 days and came back next morning to install the patio door and finish off. His standard of workmanship was excellent. Ian was friendly and chatty throughout, and happy to discuss options. We are very pleased with the finished windows and patio door and would highly recommend Ian.

Replace all windows 4 bed detached Ian was brilliant start to finish. We had all our windows and new 3m wide patio french doors. I love them. He also gave us the best quote - very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Garage door installation Really pleased with Ian from Black Country windows and doors. He’s done a fantastic job fitting our garage personnel door. All cleaned up afterwards left no mess, in fact I think the garage is cleaner than when he came! Extremely professional and prompt at replying. Would 100% recommend.

Replace 2 master bedroom windows and living room window Posted the Job yesterday, Ian got in touch saying he could do the job today. Professional from start to finish and did a top job. The Lads arrived on time, put dust sheets down and got on with it, tidied up after themselves and cleaned the windows after they were done. 5 Windows replace, front door and Sliding door 100% recommend. Very competitive quote. Excellent communication from the point of contacting Ian through to finishing the job. Ian and his helper where very polite and clean when at the house, and went above and beyond many times. Even to the point Ian helped me reinstall my dishwasher! Replace existing front doors. Door 1 - remove the existing wooden front door and frame and replace with an already purchased composite door and frame. Door 2 - remove an existing side gate and replace with an already purchased composite door and frame. From arranging the appointment to Ian installing the doors was all positive. He called prior as arranged and arrived when he said he would. He got straight on to installing the already supplied doors and we are extremely happy with the whole service. I have held on to his number and hope I can offer him some more work in the future. I highly recommend him. Thanks.

Replacing 3 or 4 pvc windows Absolutely great service from Ian at Black Country Windows. I contacted a few people on here for quotes. He was the only one who came in person to measure up and quote for the work. That really did it for me. Well done to him and his wife who explained everything to me of how it all works. Today he came to fit them, he arrived when he said he would and worked very hard. He fitted 3 windows and changed the glass in the kitchen window to a very high standard.
