"They have refused to send me an Electrical Installation Certificate for the work that they did a couple of years ago. They claim it is on their old software and no longer have access to it which doesn't sound right. Because we are selling our house we have had to pay for indemnity insurance for our buyers, and risk losing the sale if they are not happy with this. It is a shame because the workman was very pleasant at the time and the job was very neatly done. Sadly I would warn anyone away from using this company if they think that they might want to sell their house one day."

Polite staff member who was punctual and managed to resolve both issues.

They have refused to send me an Electrical Installation Certificate for the work that they did a couple of years ago. They claim it is on their old software and no longer have access to it which doesn't sound right. Because we are selling our house we have had to pay for indemnity insurance for our buyers, and risk losing the sale if they are not happy with this.
