“Will called round the same day I contacted him and was very knowledgeable with regard to installing an EV Charger. He was in complete agreement with me regarding route of cable as my bungalow meter is the opposite end to charger position. His installer was very professional efficient and helpful. Understandably they have good response time, however they have expensive service which I did not mind considering it was done within 24hrs. Nevertheless, with all good feedback for electrical installations not good job especially when it comes to fire alarms and safety. I was not happy with service whatsoever (Certificate full of miss spelling) had to call another electrical service company to provide a proper service. Furthermore, I had multiple advisory on the certificate which fire risk assessment and other companies deemed not necessary.

Communication was spot on, work was the same, I won't hesitate to use again for any electrical work on the house.

Will was helpful in creating a plan for the lights and cameras to meet our needs. His team was outstanding on the installation. They were fast and efficient. They were extremely helpful by setting up the Ring system on our phones and explaining how to use it. They made sure everything was perfect before they left. Extremely professional, organised, tidy, efficient, and punctual. They worked quickly, and to a high standard. Consumer unit changed from original fusebox, cooker point moved, new socket installed, disabled and removed multiple redundant components, installed new earth to bathroom, and all finished and tidied within a few hours.
