"My hot water pipe burst, water flooding my bathroom at 9pm at night. Absolute chaos and in complete panic. Raphael came out to my property immediately and restored my hot water and heating. Raphael came back the next day with the required parts. Raphael kept me informed at all times of the issues and solutions, he didn’t make excuses or leave until the job was complete. Raphael kept me updated of his timings and was always transparent in terms of materials he used and why. I will be using this company again."
