"This is a follow up from my original review. Christmas evening my father had no heating or hot water, we were going there the next day and I text Mick to see if he would come out if I could not resolve the problem on the Wednesday when he returned to work. He responded within minutes to say he would go out that day and he was there by 12:30 and fixed the problem. I am so glad that we choose an independent trader as if it had been one of the big companies I do not think we would have got such great service"
