Also after the earlier work he done for us we felt comfortable to give him a key to the house so that he could do most of the work while we were away for a few days."
"Keith completed 2 bedrooms, incorporating wallpapering, coving, filling, painting walls and some woodwork. He overcame some filling difficulties and helped to fix a curtain rail. I was happy with his work; he was punctual and tidy. For the third job, he sent an estimate and said he could start the following week. I accepted his estimate but asked if he could include a task offered at the end of the second job. The day after, he emailed to say he couldn't do my job. No explanation, no reasons given, then ignored my attempts to get in touch. I felt very let down. This is no way to treat a customer."
"The work involved repainting ceilings, walls and woodwork, and was carried out smoothly and efficiently. Keith Bowers, the decorator, arrived very promptly to view the job and provided a quote in good time. He was able to start within a couple of weeks of accepting the quote, and was very organised, completing the work in the indicated timescale. We were particularly impressed by the fact that he worked solidly through the day and cleaned up regularly as he went along. We have already asked him to quote for additional work."
