We had plastering done in one of our properties. The guys were amazing and kept us up to date with progress. Great lads and will definitely be using there service again. Sean and Billy, thank you!
BPS services insulated our house with a silicone finish in Dec 2022 to Jan 2023. On completion remedial works were needed (to the silicone and edging finishes). We were promised a return visit to do this. No-one came. Since then we have sent 11 texts and 9 calls over time to Billy Rogers with no response. A week ago we got Billy on the phone. He said he would call round that day but didn't. No response since. Also we have noticed four splits in the silicone. Also the issue with the sills needing extension was not highlighted. STILL WAITING FOR REMEDIAL WORKS TO BE COMPLETED.
