Professional and good communication. Very friendly too. Highly recommend them and will be using them again.
Although I never met William, because he quoted for and completed the work when I was at work myself, he managed to negotiate my 90 year old father in law courteously and with understanding. He also quoted quickly, competitively and fitted the job in similarly quickly and efficiently. The work appears to have been done to a high standard and I am grateful to William for helping me out.
