"I lost my heating but not hot water. I called Brad who managed to fit in a diagnostic visit around my work and after a long day. I was made aware of the call out charges in advance, so no surprises. When he arrived he was polite, listened to the issue and what I had already done. Double checked connections etc and found a couple of issues. fixed what he could and got the heating up and running. Advised on some new parts (thermostate etc). was not pushy, very honest. I had him back a few days later to replace the advised parts. Same proffessional and friendly service."
