I was very impressed by both the Customer Service with Happy Drains and and how the Engineer managed to trace the smell from our complex drainage system. Communications with everyone at Happy Drains throughout the process was first class.

We got in touch with Happy Drains when both our basin and bath stopped draining completely. It was not an emergency but an employee visited us within two days, carried out the work quickly and effectively with a very friendly demeanour and only charged the amount agreed prior to his visit - no additional work was suggested or required. We will definitely keep their details should we ever need their services again.
