"Carried out Electrical test and Property Maintenance. Matthew changed the fuse board in a rented property of mine to bring it in line with the current legislation and to meet insurance requirements. This periodic testing report is a necessity for rental property and can only be untaken by a qualified electrician. With general property maintenance also required, I found that having one company to do all work was of great benefit. I couldn't fault the quality of the workmanship and also found Matthew to be very thorough and diligent. Coupled with his outward personality, he was a pleasure to have around.
