"Job is unfinished. Builder says he'll be back to do work and doesn't turn up or communicate. Started small extension on Nov 4th 2019. Was 10weeks behind before lockdown. Every excuse given. He has received £10000± and we've paid all materials and subcontractors. With little left to pay him, he's uninterested in finishing job. We've tried to resolve repeatedly but have had empty promises if he bothers to answer/reply. Due to C-19 we've been V patient but at end of tether now. Have complete record of communication and hours on site are approx 92. Forwarding via email."

Cant recommend Henry and his mates enough, very friendly and workmanship is spot on. The fence looks brilliant. Thanks Henry and mates.
