Initial contact was a good experience and from start to finish all staff we dealt with were polite and very helpful. On the day the awning was fitted, the gentleman were very respectful of our home and left the patio clean and tidy. A full explanation was given about the care and workings of the blind and all rubbish was taken away. The awning is absolutely perfect for the function we wanted it to perform. There was a slight increase on the original quotation was due to our choice of fabric."
