I have to say Bob is an expert in his field; very knowledgable and experienced. He was able to advise me regarding the structural defects of my property and later on, as a loss adjuster in a previous life, he was able to guide me through aspects of my claim. His prices were very fair; I'd done some research in this regard and was pleasantly surprised at the cost of his services. The net result was his advice helped me to win a very stressful claim against my insurer. The Financial Services Ombudsman was persuaded by my version of events and settled in my favour on all counts. Bob was instrumental in this process - I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Can’t recommend B&S consultants enough! The office team (Natalie) and the surveyor (Bob) were polite, quick, professional, superb value - and gave great advice. We thought we had a major structural problem but Bob calmly explained the issue - and what could be done to put it right. I will definitely use them again and can only think of positive comments to make!
