Full refurbishment of small 2 bed house Greg did not finish the job. Neither did he ever give us the two windows we paid him for.

Bathroom refit PLEASE READ: It's been 6 months since this job started and my bathroom still isn't finished. I'm a single Dad who gave Greg all my savings for a new bathroom for myself and my daughter. He took my money via a payment plan then didn't finish the job. Hasn't returned the money to me despite promises and i had to borrow money from my bank to have another builder get the bathroom (my only bathroom) to a point where we can use it. I'm now starting legal action not only to get the money back but to refit the bathroom again as the floor tiles he fitted have cracked due to it not being fitted correctly. I genuinely trusted him due to his gentle approach, he seemed very confident and likeable but he has now left me in debt and sick from stress and worry - i cannot tell you how stressful and frustrating this has been. I've held off posting feedback for months in the hope that he would be decent and take responsibility and return my money but he won't. I'd never normally post negative feedback like this but people should know what they're dealing with and i wish someone warned me. I will never use this man again and i'd advise you to do the same.

New kitchen fitting (plastering/electrics required) Good quality of workmanship and good price but took longer expected to complete the project.

Bathroom replacement & tiling We received several quotes to replace our entire bathroom; Greg's price was competitive but ultimately we were most convinced by the impression he made on us when he talked us through his plans. He was genuinely interested in the vision we had for the new bathroom and offered very constructive advice. The job was completed to a very high quality and we are delighted with the bathroom we now have. The tiling especially was faultless. My only criticism would be that the job took quite a lot longer than was estimated. On the other than, communication was always very good so it was easy to discuss and address any delays. In the end we were far more interested in getting a bathroom that looked great, than rushing the job, so would have no hesitation in using Greg's services again (and probably will!)

Bathroom refit and tile After a positive start where Greg delivered a competitive quote and seemed very collaborative, unfortunately my experience didn't end well. I had to reschedule due to late delivery of tiles, and Greg agreed a new start date with no complaint. However, that start didn't happen, Greg explained he was busy and rearranged a new start date for a couple of weeks later. This start date also didn't happen as Greg said he was busy finishing up other jobs. This was made more frustrating by the fact that Greg wasn't good at responding to our texts or phone calls. I was disappointed that Greg didn't deliver on his commitment. I can't comment on his work as I didn't get to see it.

Install small kitchen and floor in early/mid December We needed a small new kitchen, new wood floors and carpets installed before we moved into a new flat. Greg and his team worked to our very tight time scale and completed to a very good quality. His team worked very hard and were really polite and helpful to us and our new neighbours. The kitchen was of a really high quality and Greg helped us choose the materials to have a great finish. The job was completed very quickly and was good value compared to other builders who quoted for the job. We're really enjoying our new flat and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good builder - thanks Greg!

install 2 Kitchens Very pleased with the work carried out and to a high standard.

Reconfigure and Fitting of New Kitchen We appointed Greg and his team to carry out some reconfiguration work in our kitchen/diner and to fit a new kitchen. The job involved building works, floor laying, tile laying, plumbing, electrics, painting and decorating and so we needed someone who could oversee all these requirements. Greg and his team were professional and hard working throughout the process, their finish was excellent and they paid great attention to detail. The team were very tidy and left the house in good order at the end of each day despite some of the jobs being very messy and creating lots of dust! Greg was very knowledgable and offered sound advice throughout the works, he communicated well and was always prompt to reply to our enquiries answering calls, texts and emails promptly. Greg's charges were highly competitive and he kept within the agreed budget. We would recommend Greg and his team to you unreservedly and would definitely use him again in the future.

Fit a new bathroom. I bought one flat on the end of March and want to do the whole flat renovation, I invited three builders to get the estimate by explain to all of them my plan and what I want to do, considering by the quotation and communication, then I made the right decision to choice Greg to be my builder. Greg and his team did the great job during the few months renovation, I was rarely on site and put my trust to their hand completely. Sometimes even they had done the work and I changed my mind, then never say no to me and always re-done the work to make me satisfactory. Their work was following all the building regulations and rules, never afraid to waste time to do less work, even some work I do think they have to do, they also did few extra work for me. In the end, my flat finished in the stunning condition with the new open plan living room with kitchen area, new bathroom, even the new look of the front door, I am very happy with their work and had recommend Greg to couple my friends. I am now waiting the plan permit from the council, as soon as the plan permit be granted, I will invite Greg and his team to do my house extension. By my experience, I highly recommend Greg to do the home and building work, he is the best builder you want to expect. Thanks lot, Greg!

Small Kitchen Renovation Project I would like to thank Greg and his team for the work they have done in my kitchen which is of a very high order indeed. He hasn't just built a generic kitchen - he has built a kitchen that works for me. I was looking to renovate my dated and cramped kitchen, and give it an up to date feel that complemented the rest of the flat. After talking to several builders Greg came across as being genuine, honest, knowledgable and above all, reliable. The first thing he did was carefully measure the kitchen, and immediately pointed out mistakes in the measurements taken by other planners who had used a laser guided measure. He was very clear and honest from the outset about what we could achieve with our budget, and was extremely helpful selecting features that would enhance the overall look. I was especially pleased with the tiling work, a suggestion of his, which was finished exceptionally well, and enhances the contemporary look of the kitchen. The flooring, unit and worktop installation are also flawless. Communication with Greg was always fluid and easy. Even when I was at work, responses to my queries via phone, text and e-mail were always prompt, clear and to the point. His team showed great professionalism, tidiness and overall quality. I was also impressed by the flexibility he showed in his approach to the job, responding to changes I wanted to make to the plan, and always seeking solutions that would work for me. And that is what I was looking for all along.

New bathroom. What can I say about Greg? He is a breath of fresh air. I had 4 different guys come to my place to quote me for my bathroom. Out of the 4 I knew straight away I wanted Greg to fit my new bathroom. He had great ideas from day 1 and the conviction, confidence and experience to carry all that through. The bathroom I was left with is outstanding in both modern looks and the extra space created by the re-model. My bathroom is one of those which is awkward because it had a large box to cover the stairs. Greg came up with a solution to use the box and to make extra space by moving the bath and toilet round. This was a lot of work but the final bathroom looks immaculate. I want to thank Greg for his ideas and work but also his partner Peter, he did a lot of work as well. I honestly don't think you can get a better quality of work and finish. These guys are very hard workers and they stripped my bathroom to it's bare bones in a day! I honestly didn't have to do much. I explained the colours, and roughly how I wanted it to look and Greg always kept me in the loop with pictures and samples via whatsapp :) My partner and I then just chose what we liked and Greg and Peter made it work. So I guess if you are reading this you want to know if I would recommend Greg to to carry out work for you? The answer of course is yes. Not only does he work extremely hard but he goes above and beyond. Greg is welcome anytime for a cup of tea or Beer!

I am more than happy to recommend Greg Pawlik who completed a number of renovation works to my flat in Camberwell. Having experienced huge difficulties with my first builder who left me mid-contract with the renovation works only half complete, I put the job out to tender to five different builders, one of whom was Greg. When Greg came round to inspect the works, I was very impressed with his ideas and solutions as to how to remedy the situation and I felt that I would be in safe hands given his experience and advice. Greg not only delivered against but also exceeded my expectations and I am so pleased with the end product.
