AVOID. TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY. Carlos and partners abandoned works two days in after promising the world. Everything was 'easy' and 'no problem' whilst discussing the work required. Full scope of works and schedule was provided by architect. Quote was accepted. Contract drawn up and signed on every page then on day 2 of the job he turns around and asks for almost 10k more. We obviously don't have that money otherwise we wouldn't have gone with them so he abandoned the works. Much name calling and swearing in Spanish pursued and we are still waiting on some of the money to be returned. AVOID
