Your engineer Efrain Catamarca arrived exactly at the expected time. I found him very skilled and knowledgeable, and he made a difficult job look easy. I would heartily recommend Efrain and TMT, and I would use them again.
Efrain was very polite and efficient, fixing our freezer door and putting large pictures up on the wall within 60 minutes. Great work!

Professional, prompt and friendly
Deeply disappointed with TMT. I was charged £190 for a visit where absolutely no work was carried out, not a single screw turned. I had shared clear photos, details, and a product link ahead of time, but they failed to flag that a mortise lock was required. When their handyman arrived, he confirmed the issue and said he’d find the part from a nearby store. After over an hour of silence, I had to chase them up myself, only to be told he was on hold with the supplier, something I sorted out myself in five minutes. Their lengthy emails do more to justify the organisation than deliver service. In the end, another professional did the entire job (and more!) for less than what TMT charged for. Their behaviour was unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless you’re happy to pay nearly £200 for someone to open a cardboard box and leave.

Job was fitting two internal (non fire) doors which needed cutting to size. Tradesman was polite however turned up 30 mins late (930) without a saw and tried to say he was told this was sanding only whilst showing me my ad which said “cut”. Then left for over an hour to get tools. Only after I made a fuss did he manage to at least get both doors on by the 4.15 when he needed to leave to return tools (!?). I had to fit the lock and handles myself. Edges of door where cut were not sanded. IMO a whole day to fit two doors is more than enough. Bedroom door doesn’t close properly
Aldrin was so handy! He arrived on time and couldn’t do enough for us. He was a yes-man- he hung the painting, patched the hole on the wall and then assisted with two further tasks around our office. I couldn’t recommend him enough! Great job, lovely person. Thank you!
