Castle Windows built my conservatory four years ago. I was so pleased with the result that they were the only company I approached for a quote to fit replacement windows and glass to the porch. Carl came to measure up and talk through the options with me. He showed me a mock up of how the windows would look on my house on the TV screen, which was really helpful. There was additional discount, because I was a returning customer, which was much appreciated. We agreed the contract and fitting date. I was sent a reminder of the fitting one week before. On both days of the fitting the two lads arrived promptly and worked extremely quickly. They were very professional, but friendly and made an excellent job. They put a dust sheet down to cover my carpet & cleaned up after themselves. I was shown how to open the windows to be able to clean the external glass. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Castle Windows highly enough. The experience was superb from start to finish.

Can not be bettered in quality of product and expertise in fitting. Clear advice on immediate care in allowing to dry up mastic. Extremely thorough in cleaning up everything.

I found Castle Windows and Doors on this app, and after reading their description, many reviews, and the fact that they are a local firm, I submitted an inquiry. I needed a new door as my elderly Mum has battled her ill-fitting one for long enough! Within a few minutes, Carl called and arranged to visit the property. There was no hard sell, plenty of options, and excellent advice given. We agreed on a new composite door, which was fitted yesterday by Nathan and Azza. They did an excellent job, and the door looks stunning. Most importantly, it opens and closes easily, and they were able to reuse a security key barrel needed by carers. The lads also vacuumed and brushed up any mess made. Carl, Nate (from the office), and the fitting lads were all very polite and pleasure to interact with. I'd asked to be contacted a half hour in advance of arrival which they did. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for these guys. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them.
