Coby was very helpful and explained all the details of the Hive system. He arrived at the re-arranged time punctually. The work was carried out and now I have a system that I can control. I asked Coby to replace a pump. He recommended the pump he would buy, bought it himself, fixed it and told me that it has 3 years warranty. The pump failed under 2 years. When I contacted him to work together to activate the manufacturer's warranty, Coby basically told me to go and do it myself. I have been chasing the warranty myself with the pump manufacturer, however some of the question were technical and only Coby had the answer. He just did not even care to reply a simple email from the pump vendor. Apparently Coby installed the pump wrongly For your own sake, DO NOT use this guy
