Grahame attempted all other fixes ahead of this in an effort to give us a low cost option, which was really appreciated. When we replaced the toilet, he sourced one exactly to our needs and gave us frequent updates when we could expect it to come in. "This was the second job Chalcroft Builders have completed for me. I was advised to have lead flashing on my kitchen roof replaced/upgraded however the weather was not kind but on the first good day the works were undertaken and completed to a very high standard. The work area was tidied, swept and left clear. The flashing leaves the roof looking finished and well maintained. I highly recommend this company who display good knowledge of all aspects of house building/maintenance and can explain things well to help understanding of the job. Thank you."
