Damaged brickwork replaced and a few areas of pointing done to my entire satisfaction. Paul and his team did everything possible to bring the work to a speedy conclusion and everything about this firm smacks of professionalism. A special mention to Wendy in the office who is extremely efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

We have been renovating our home for 9 months, in which time we have had lots of different trades through our doors. I had come across Paul and his team whilst looking for pointing and brick tinting. Their work looked amazing and we booked an appointment with Paul. He turned up exactly when he said and was very informative and knew exactly what we wanted. The pointing guys are the top of our recommend list !!! They are punctual, self sufficient, clean and tidy and do a fantastic job. From start to finish they got it right, even driving an hour to complete a very small amount of pointing that couldn’t be done when they first came. I’ve had so many other companies that say they will come back and never do, not these guys. Also a mention to Wendy in the office, who makes everything runs like clockwork. Our team, Mike & Tom, did a great job of lime pointing the house and the end result is excellent. Our adjoining neighbours are very jealous and lots of people have said how good the house looks. Paul and Wendy ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish and kept us well informed throughout. Inevitably re-pointing is a messy and time consuming job but every care was taken to minimise this and clear up every day. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Honestly can’t recommend enough, it won’t be the cheapest quote but I have to say I don’t think you would find a better company to use for pointing. Andy and Nige were awesome - polite, friendly, hardworking and cleanliness was incredible. I’m blown away by the quality of the work. Can’t recommend them enough. We’ll be using them again for the front of the house next year.

Helpful team. Cleaned up well at end of the job. Although the quote did mention that the start date may vary from that quoted, and obviously this workmanship is very weather dependent, the only adverse comment we have is that there could have been better communication about the start date being delayed. Once we pointed this out, the communication improved & we were kept fully informed about changes in schedule.

Being previously let by tradesmen over the years it was a complete pleasure to meet Paul who made us feel at ease from our first meeting. We have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect from start to finish whilst our cottage was being repointed. The incredible craftsmanship of the team have restored it back to its original limestone mortar and it looks fantastic!! The whole job was utterly professional and we were really sad to see them go. We couldn’t recommend them more even down to cheeky Craig who assembled the most amazing scaffolding in a very un level field around the cottage! A massive thanks to Paul and his wonderful team who have restored our faith and our beautiful cottage!!
