"Prepare house for sale On reviewing our requirements at our first meeting with Phil, he came across as very personable, understood the purpose of the scope of work, able and willing to work on his own and use his own initiative - essential to us as we were remote. He made some very good suggestions to overcome a few tricky aspects, and provided us with a very reasonable quote. After engaging CHS Group, a couple of extra jobs cropped up which Phil took in his stride, again at reasonable cost. The finished job took a little longer than expected, but the results exceeded our expectations and when Phil showed us round to explain what exactly had been done, which included some minor work that Phil saw as adding value, we were impressed with the clean and tidy state of the property as well as the overall result. There were just two small snags to be sorted. All in all an excellent job and we are happy to recommend Phil to anyone looking for a refurbishment for sale or to let requirement, as he understands this market well."

No mess after as Phil cleaned thoroughly. Would reccomend for any other handy work and by the sounds of it anything else you need"
