Rob Simpson quoted for the work but just wouldn't do it. It was an insurance job and was a reasonably big job. We were in a poor household drainage position and it was incredibly stressful as Clanville wouldn't respond to us when we chased for an update. They applied for the initial licence from Southern Water which secured them into the job and then left us for months. We contacted many many times and Rob didn't get back to us or fobbed us off. To this day we are still puzzled why Clanville didn't do this work. This work has since been completed by another contractor successfully.
