Claude is a nice chap, good work. However, he constantly changed the price, provided inadequate receipts detailing the true cost of materials. He would give a plethora of excuses as to why they weren't forthcoming. He tried to charge me twice for toilet materials including sending me a receipt for another job. He wanted to charge me for taking away the rubbish when the week before he claimed he was saving me £50 by taking it away for me. Shame, this rather unprofessional way of operating doesn't reflect his work
