Neat and tidy with no mess for us to clear up afterwards. All work completed to a high standard. An absolute credit to Checkatrade and highly recommended."

Connor came to redo our bathroom. Briefly put, they took out our bathroom furniture, took our tiles off, took some of the existing plaster off and then left and never returned to do any work. We have been left with bare plaster on the walls and no working bathroom furniture. My wife is heavily pregnant and they have left us with no shower, no bathroom and a complete mess throughout the house. On top of this they kept £1,995 even though they only worked on site 2 days. They refuse to provide proof of costs. They knew how delicate our situation is. We are devastated.
