"Helped fix a water pipe I drilled through (silly me) in an old house with very tricky pipework. Called me in the morning after an enquiry and was over when he could to help us get the problem fixed and get the main water turned back on. Very friendly, helpful and polite, would definitely use again in the future or recommend."
