"Really lovely man, very polite and waited and checked my machine was working before he left. Also said all work comes with a 12 month guarantee."

"Derek was fantastic helping me the day after calling My washing machine was not draining so I thought my drainage motor was broken but my machine was bunged up with limescale & excess powder & debris caused by my outlet pipes not being correctly positioned a few meters away. This had caused drainage difficulties. Derek is very tenacious looking at everything v quickly & speedily identifying issues & then repairing things. He also gave me excellent advice on how best to avoid limescale build up & drainage problems ongoing plus advice for great machines for next purchases. Excellent value too."
