Rubber or felt roof replacement We were told we needed a new roof from the home report, Robert Explained that we didn't needed a new roof and explained why in fine detail. How often do you get a honest trade person. He said we just need a small repair. He came back a few days later and carried out the small repair and the price for the work was excellent. Garage Roof Replacement I had my garage flat roof replaced by Robert in half a day with a 3 layer felt system. Robert came for a visit to give a quote and explained what he'd do. Turned up as agreed and cracked on without any fuss. Work was completed to a very high standard and he tidied up with not a single scrap left behind. Payment was taken only after work is done. Redirect ponding water on flat roof. Excellent, first class job. My flat roof had been left unsafe and unsealed by previous roofer (Kingdom Roofline) causing extensive damage through flooding. Robert from Cooper & Grant is meticulous in his work, ensured the roof structure was safe, added new edge curbs, refelted the whole area and added trims to the fascia boards, aesthetically looking great. Robert explained the whole process, is reliable and competitively priced. I would highly recommend Cooper & Grant to people needing roof work done, professional and experts in their trade.

Roof Assessment and Repair in Edinburgh Tenement Flat (1930s) I would highly recommend this company. They delivered outstanding work and professionalism at every step. I was co-ordinating roof repairs shared with 5 other neighbours. Robert Grant provided an extremely fair quote for the extensive work we required includung flat roof replacement, slate repairs, chimney works, rendering, watergate repairs and guttering. He ensured each specialist tradesmen undertaking the wider elements of the work were all of an equally high standard. We continually received pictures and videos of the roof damage before and after the repair work. This made it much easier for me to update my neighbours on progress. Robert's customer service was particularly excellent with regular telephone updates on the days I was not at home, keeping me continually aware of progress and any issues arising, including at weekends and after working hours. All work included a 20 year guarantee. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
