We are a design and build company run by architect and interior designer couple, Francesco and Sharmaine, specialising in domestic projects. Francesco’s Italian background and Mediterranean influence, alongside Sharmaine’s experience in fashion design and interiors, combines to provide a truly unique and imaginative bespoke service. Our strong reputation has thus far been built upon word of mouth across the industry, attesting to the high-quality work we provide for our clients. Our large established network with many contacts across the market has helped us to achieve unparalleled results. The areas of service we cover are: 1. Planning Permission We would carry out a full measurement survey, designing the space to your requirements and specifications. We produce a full set of planning drawings to your local council and make the necessary planning applications. Following this, we would liaise with the local council until a decision is granted. We would also appoint and collaborate with a structural engineer. 2. Building Works and Interior Design Building Work: We produce a detailed scope of work based on a pre-agreed timeline, alongside taking full responsibility for all areas of construction work involved. This includes liaising with suppliers to handle all your deliveries, and with Building Control Officers to comply with all building regulations. We advise and update our clients through every step of the process, and produce all the final certifications for the work carried out. Our construction team is highly skilled, friendly, and always maintain a very respectful relationship with all our clients. Interior Design: We provide you with a mood board, 3D visualisation, and complete specification list, which takes into consideration all your individual needs, style, and budget. Using our extensive network of suppliers, we manage all the necessary purchases and would be the primary point of contact for all deliveries. Moreover, we would produce detailed drawings for the construction team containing all the information they require upfront. From our studios in North-West London, we’re currently working on projects across London and the Southeast, as well as overseas.
