"This company installed a Weinor glassroom and WGM awning for us in April last year. At the time workmanship seemed good, the gentleman courteous and site left tidy, we felt confident that we would not experience any issues. How wrong we were. From the day it was installed it has leaked water all the way along where it joins our house, we are not talking a few drop but large puddles. Contacted the company feeling confident that they would rectify this issue promptly however a year later still trying to get them to fix it, website has now disappeared &line dead. Please can anyone help?"

"We had a KE Pergola from Cotswold Awnings and Pergolas last Jan (2023). We were thrilled with the professionalism of everyone at the company and equally thrilled with the pergola. We now have an issue with it as it will not close completely. There are no obstructions as we have checked; it simply grinds to a halt five inches from the end. We rang the company last month and spoke to the Customer Services team on 2 consecutive days - we were promised a call back each day, but no-one called. On the 3rd day, we rang again and the line was dead. The website is 'unavailable'. Can anyone help us, please?"

"First class service, the awning we ordered arrived within their promised time scale- despite the awful weather the installers went about their work in a very professional manner. Communication was very good and they left us happy with a good job done - very pleased."
