"Michael come out and identified that our fireplace needed a service and a thorough clean. Michael put a dust sheet down and brought a Hoover for all the mess, he revamped out coals and made it look as good as new. Michael was fantastic with my 94 year old Nan and talked her through how to use the fire correctly. Lovely gentleman and fantastic professional, couldn’t fault him in the slightest."
