After a couple of less than positive experiences with boiler engineers when my old boiler failed, who just wrote it off or claimed an expensive part was required, County Boilers were recommended to me and they managed to get my boiler working without any fuss. But I decided the time was right to replace it and that they were the right company to do it, and I wasn't wrong! The standard of work was exceptional, both Russell and Adi were highly professional and meticulous, unforeseen setbacks were overcome with ease and to top it all off they're thoroughly decent chaps! Absolutely brilliant!

Excellent, friendly, efficient service at a reasonable price

I was impressed when I left a message and CB called me back. 'Good start' I thought, and got better when Adrian arrived. Adrian was great! He found a leaky pipe in the cylinder cupboard and fixed it, checked the expansion tanks and fixed them too, sorted out the pressure, and explained how the system worked. Then he checked the boiler and said it was OK, but it needed checking regularly due to its age (good point). He also checked our digital display (can't remember what it's called, sorry!), and found that it was 12 hours out (!), and re-set it for us. What a wonderful service. :-)

After County Boilers Ltd came out in an evening at very short notice and successfully fixed a heating failure some time ago, when we needed a new radiator and control valve recently my choice was easy. Both appointments were made to fit in with my schedules and the work carried out efficiently and methodically. Highly recommend.

A big job but hardley any disruption. Covid precautions observed religiously. Neat and tidy worker... Very Knowledgeable ..... Friendly..... Sense of humour. Each day County Boilers anticipated and planned what had to be done and left the house in a clean and tidy state on departure. Job was completed on time as planned. I would highly recommend Russell and Adi at County Boilers.
