Install new bathroom Spent more time on phone that actually working. Very stressful experience. Shame because he has some nice guys working for him. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong plumbing, electrics and we chose the most expensive quote. (Updated on 1 Jan 2020) Answer from tradesperson: Hi John, I hope you are well, I need to answer your feedback and your statements about us. Yes You see me at the phone because I need to.... we are a small company, I don’t have a secretary in the ofice, like the man in charge director of the company I need to,yes you are right, I have very nice guys very professional, and we deliver a very good quality work. I give always 6 months warranty on my jobs, we did a good quality job for you , i can provide evidence for that,we finished the job in time , not even 1 day delayed, .... I don’t understand the reason for your feedback...plumbing , everything was fitted correctly by authorised plumber , (the toilet didn’t flush like normal one because you bought vortex flush toilet),... electrician was a authorised electrician, he can certify his work, £ 10700 for ful refurbished bathroom, full refurbished bedroom,paint another bedroom, sika rendering wall outside ,paint the whole house outside, materials included....most expensive quote ...i doubt,your feedback is coming after 3 months, I texted you, and I told you if is anything, we can solve at our cost(wich every builder who respects himself ... and the client will do),you refused to say anything, because you don’t have any problem,always we are open to dialogue and we don’t let our clients down , thanks.(by the way,you ask me to do things wich we didn’t included in the quote, and in the end you didn’t pay for extra).
